The Access to Work program is a UK government initiative that helps individuals with disabilities or health conditions access the tools and equipment they need to perform their job. If you require a Canute Console Premium for work purposes, you can apply through this program.

Eligibility Requirements

To apply for Access to Work support, you must meet the following criteria:

• You have a disability or health condition that affects your ability to work.
• Be in paid work (or be about to start or return to paid work in the next 12 weeks).

How to Apply

• Your details
• Information about your job
• Information about how your condition affects your work and what help you think you need
• If you are employed, the details of someone who can be contacted at your workplace (Access to Work will not contact them without your permission)
• If you are self-employed, your Unique Taxpayer Reference

• Your workplace address and postcode
• Information about how your condition affects your work and what support you think you need

• Your Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) number if you are self-employed
